Giving some love to One Tree Hill. Our strength is that our volunteers often know the hill well already, enjoy spending time there and want to help look after it. We foster a sense of community responsibility for this special pocket of urban woodland, where those with skills and experience can support newer, less experienced volunteers to become part of a virtuous circle.
Practical conservation work sessions are currently held on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Most of the work is done in the autumn and winter, while nature takes a break.
